New home sales are down 39% in central Texas since 2022. Pulte / DR Horton still trying to sell 1800 sq ft homes for $400k+. Over priced and little value. You will not have any real equity in your home by overpaying.

It needs ceiling fans. That may not coincide with such an upscale home, but I really like my ceiling fans. Other than that, I love it.

Sorry dude I hate to tell you this but it’s in San Antonia Texas that’s cheap for the area in Texas some homes in Texas are going for a million remember everything is big in Texas

Hopefully, I will be moved from Iraq to the USA in a few months. I plan to live in Texas but have not decided yet exactly where (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Auston). This home is gorgeous and I really love it with its affordable price but I didn't know in which area exactly in San Antonio.

Lemme help you. Scratch Austin off the list altogether. If you want to live in the DFW metroplex, choose Fort Worth over Dallas. I live in Houston because it's the best for jobs, but if I didn't have to work and could live anywhere in Texas, San Antonio would be it.

With all of the upgrades and land included it actually is priced in the mid 400k range 😊

Great floorplan with the exception of the half bath. Seems awkward to enter right off the living area. Imagine having a party and your guest having to go in and out in front of the whole room. It would have been better to put the door off the hallway, or better yet on the back wall of the laundry room.

Sorry, but compared to other home tour KZreadrs, you guys drop the ball on not entering the home correctly. Everyone wants to see entering the home from the porch, and a spin around of the front door once you’ve entered. 👎

Beautiful home but if I were going to spend upwards of $400,000+ on this home, I would rather have a home built by ICON Homes, except they are in El Paso! Plus, no matter where you go in Texas, it seems your Home Taxes are through the roof! If you're thinking about moving for retirement, INLAND FLORIDA seems to be your best offering and low Home Taxes!!

Price of the home

With size of Texas the houses are almost touching😩😩😩😩

For the price of the home it has a few flaws. Small kitchen pantry, should be a walk in. Not enough kitchen cabinets. Small master closet. I'm sure the secondary closets are small for that price.

Who's the builder?

They should of matched the hardware, the black looks great, the gold is tacky! and painting the door hinges is really really tacky. Not painting the bathrooms with gloss paint in a NO NO! Poor location of 1/2 bath, I mean really. The master shower should be a bit larger, there is more space available. Great video and explanation though, but next time please show bedroom closets. thank you

The community starts in the 200k range and goes up from there depending on the size of the home, lot, and upgrades. This home if I remember correctly is more toward the 400k range

Lo unico que no me gusta es el Open concept" Eso de poner junta la cocina, sala y comedor hace la casa muy informal y no hay privacidad. Por ejemplo si el marido recibe a sus amigos de visita en la sala y la esposa anda despeinada y en fachas en la cocina....alli la van a mirar picando el chile,tomate y cebolla y quizás en baby doll. Deberian hacer divisiones entre una habitación y otra.

This is more of a service to clients. It’s easier to find and look into multiple builders on one channel than going to multiple websites or communities. And on the plus side, you have quick and easy access to an agent who will represent you in the process free of charge and can make sure that you will get the best deal possible on the homes!

If you are going to try to sell this home tell us the location. Outskirts of San Antonio is pretty vague.

Beautiful gold fixtures that never go out of style? Just an updated version of builders grade brass from the late eighties through the mid nineties. They were ugly then, and they’re ugly now. In seven years, the home owner will replace them while commenting on how ugly they are.
