So why do you guys pay for home loan emi amd rent both? If I buy home/apartment there then I am still forced to live on rent for some time..? Are there repercussions for vacating the rental home before the year finishes..?

Initially I had the option to join Dubai, but now I also have the option for Abu Dhabi, job is mostly client site, and may be towards Abu Dhabi, however as I do not drive, I am a bit concerned about transportation there in Abu Dhabi,if I choose this. Also, I am a bit of a peace loving less crowd, unlike Delhi or ggn crowd in metro...but not completely dim or solitude. Is Dubai as crowded as NCR in India ?
