Ti also agree with Nikhaar that jab tak the kids are small and the family is small it’s better to shift to an apartment . It’s much safer and easy to maintain and easy to look after children . Ek baar babies bare ho jaayen then townhouse and villa can be considered becoz then kids can also help out and keeping maids will also be safer and kids will also have a bigger area to play around . Congratulations! You remind me of our early days in uae. We got married and mived to uae and bought a house…18 years later we sold it… now we don’t want to invest here despite having a golden visa and a business. We never discourage new buyers but definitely warn them always about poor construction quality here. Be prepared to spend on maintenance! It’s a real pain here. Enjoy your new home meanwhile.

Please tell me which is capital gain in villa or appartment.

Delhi mein 6-7cr ke 1600-1700sqft ke apartments milte hain, Haan they are new but with loading as high as 35%. Comparatively sasta hai Dubai @15 mil aed for a 2000sqft apartment, but aapne super & carpet area nahi bataya.

Can you suggest any particular apartment at a budget of 1 million AED within main Dubai? Not villa. No Townhouse. I want the least maintained flat 2 BHK apartment with good road accessibility. For a middle-class working class with an Indian passport.

Mashallah Mubarak 🎉.. great decision..to buy a house. Many other questions on how you have planned to finance the home and how is the ROI justified to buy there vs invest in India, but that should be for another video, I guess.

We both majorly work from home so there is no traveling involved in our daily routine and driver wont help getting us more time for us as we don't want to waste time in car or roads, we would rather utilize that time in gym, pool, park, playing with our baby or creating content or editing etc... 😊

5 Reasons Not to invest in Dubai: 1. Dubai is a Sheikhdom and India is a fully functioning democracy. The property laws and tax structure can be implemented anytime or change overnight on a whim. 2. In Dubai, forget about becoming a citizen. 5. India’s Tier I and Tier II cities have amazing projects being built that rival those in Dubai in terms of quality and amenities. And the best part is that you are Home! (And not living as a second-class citizen in a foreign country).
