The peptide serum was the same price, though - and I didn’t see the lip mask on Amazon. Plus I got one other small item I already wanted, used points to save $3, got free shipping, and earned points. It’s all relative to the individual.

Ulta is so overpriced to begin with. Always compare their "sale" price to Costco, Amazon and Walmart, etc.

Exactly, the Snail Mucin serum is on sale now at Amazon for $11.99, whereas the sale at Ulta is only $18.75.

I used this for the first time just last night. It goes on so nicely! And everything I put on after played well with it. My skin feels great this morning.

Prices are the same as Amazon and this brand usually goes on sale during prime days which is coming up on July 16th and 17th. Love cosrx and I feel like there are brands that would charge well over $30-$50 each for these products. Will def check out the peptide serum!

So, toners I’ve used are to be used to remove left over residue after cleansing. This doesn’t seem to do that. How should I include that step while using this? Also, I use tretinoin. Should I put the tretinoin on first?

Hi doc, ur thoughts on stability of these peptides, plz ?? As someone who have worked in microbiology & biotechnology labs, peptides are pain in the ass to work with, they're highly unstable and are stored at -20c or even -80c freezers, they need to be thawed extremely carefully, little variation in temperature, PH or prolonged exposure to air, they denature instantly. Fresh solution is viable only for hours in normal fridge. I'm extremely skeptical that these are even viable sitting on sleeves and most cosmetics aren't cold shipped.

I finished a few items from Cosrx, and here are some of my recommendations: The niacinamide serum. I know that its concentration is really high, up to 15 percent. But Korean formulations are somehow pretty lightweight and gentle on my skin, even though the percents seem to be hella strong. I used 20% niacinamide before, which was unnecessary, and the result was fantastic. As a result, I can tolerate the 15%. The vitamin C (23%) actually did nothing on my skin, but my sister's skin complexion was enhanced, which was really beyond her expectations. Her skin looked so bright and healthy. People kept asking her about how she had such a huge change in her skin.

@@Lucygoosey1219 No, I haven't used this duo before; I mean, both of them at the same time. But I finished the snail mucin a few months ago. I have a love-hate relationship with this item. It's not bad for sure; I love the hydration it brings to my skin, but you can only use 1-2 pumps; anything above that is kind of too much (based on my own opinion). Not to mention that it's very affordable. But it took me like months to finish, which makes me feel jaded with using it, haha.

With that copper peptide in the peptide serum, would you have to skip your vitamin c if you wanted to start incorporating it into your morning routine?

If you use spironolactone or prostaglandin serum on the scalp will your hair fall out when you stop?

I think the Tret has really helped the texture of my skin and red light,the vessels and just give a glow to my skin. Not sure if its helping the wrinkles yet. Been using consistently for 6 months.

Yes to both of those but also sunscreen! Sunscreen and tret were huge and the omnilux mask pushed it up again. Serums and other actives have never done anything amazing. Best case they hydrate, worst case I spend weeks getting over a breakout or irritation.

Can you use with retinal?

Don’t know if you have already but can you comment on Beauty of Joseon Sunscreen and how it supposedly has top tier ingredients not found in the US? It might just be me but I’ve been using it and the no white cast is nice but its been underwhelming. Doesn’t leave my skin feeling baby soft / healed next day like after using my neutrogena zinc sunscreen.

Also please review the iRestore Hair Care products, particularly the hair serum. I would like to know if it acts the same as minoxidil and that it causes shedding initially and it has to be used forever. I did not begin using it with the helmet and about 6 months have gone by now. I experienced no increase shedding with the helmet and would not want to begin using the serum now and then started losing whatever it is I have accomplished so far. Thanks! :-)

I use the Cos RX hyralonic serum and bought their face wash without looking at the label since the serum worked fine for me. The face wash has tree tea oil in it - makes my skin bubble up like a lizard. Had to give it away.

As long as it's not ascorbic acid it should be fine. But check the Cosrx site because they also have a vit c serum that they say can be used with their peptide serum.

If niacinamide stings, does it mean that I shouldn't use it? Or is it okay to just power through?

Dr Dray has a video, why niacinamide burns & causes redness. Usually, the one ingredient derms will say is okay if it stings at first is azelaic acid.

the eye cream from the snail line is my all time favourite eye cream ever. I have very sensitive eyes, dry atopic skin and fine lines around my eyes, and its SO hard to find any products that work around my eyes. I also get milia and pimples around my eyes from most eye creams but not from this. Highly recommend 👍

Usually, ascorbic acid and copper peptide aren't recommended but the vit c derivatives and copper peptides are supposedly fine. But it can depend on the product (like I think Cosrx says it can be used with their vit c).

But if they have shown to smooth out wrinkles, do we really care how they do it?

Itry cosrex two years ago it's good but some by mi in my opinion is better Korean skin care

I use it for over a month now, happened to grab my haul from Poland and they gifted second bottle as a gift. Gotta say, it does nothing for me. 😢
