Correct Way to LET GO and Do Wonders in Your Life | The Art Of Letting Go

In life, we often find comfort in familiar things: visiting places we've been before, catching up with long-time friends, and thinking back on joyful moments. These experiences are like cozy blankets that wrap us in warmth and nostalgia. However, sometimes these familiar things can become barriers to our growth and discovering our true potential.
Consider a job that consumes all your time but doesn't fulfill you, or a relationship filled more with conflict than affection. These situations are known to us; they're part of our daily routine, and that familiarity can be reassuring. Even when they bring us stress or unhappiness, we might choose to stay because it's easier than facing the unknown.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZread channel 11 months ago about self development. Now I have 2,024 subs and > 2k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@@sageysage8638 Thank you! I had so many fears even before I started and I still have fears. I am still an introvert but what I really focus on is the value of the content and what I’m truly passionate about while helping others! I'm glad that I'm foolish enough to believe that I can actually start making money through my passions. I've never thought that I'd able to gain 1K subs faster. I can't imagine how many opportunities could have been wasted if I didn't have courage to go after them. That includes having this channel, being in a management role, having the people who actually care about me for who I am, freelance gigs, being an ambassador in a creative community and now I'm also planning on honing my public speaking skills through joining a toastmaster club and these all happened this year. It started with writing them all down on a piece of paper. A paper that serves as a reminder for me to go after what I want even through hard times. I'm not bragging about my accomplishments but simply hoping that this message can also inspire others to believe in themselves.

@@AdamiIAm Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my KZread channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a KZreadr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this KZread thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

Talking about the trees shedding their leaves 🍁 in autumn, reminds me of this concept of letting go that I discussed on my channel a few months ago,,, yes, it takes bravery and faith to let go and be sure that something better is around the corner and it won’t appear until we step away from our comfort zone and take some risks! Thank you for the inspiring content and keep up the great work 🙏

Wonderful wisdom, as always, thank you. My only personal ‘tweak’ on the messaging is that I don’t get too caught up with time, only being a human concept, as a resource per se. The ever present now is always available and ready for you to remember your true essence and worth, love yourself, love all others and the entire universe. This holds true until we return to our true home. It’s never too late! 🙏

In meditation to reach the deeper states, jhana, it is imperative to learn to "let go" of the body. It is very difficult but highly rewarding. At the moment of near breakthrough, a panic sets in; the ego is not willing to submit to your will. Relax and let it happen. That thing called "you" will return. "Thou shalt not fear. Fear is the mind-killer...."

Perhaps letting go is the best expression of love. Love is the desire for what is best for her (or for him). From "Bobbi McGee:":."I let her slip away. But she's lookin' for that home. And I hope she finds it.". Thank her or him for the time you spent together. But never stop loving. We are spiritual beings having passing physical experiences. "I release you". I’m awake to my good, and gather in the harvest of endless opportunities. All lack, limitation and failure are wiped from my consciousness. I do not limit God by seeing limitations in myself. With God and me, all things are possible.

In general i've become very apt at letting go, especially when it comes to people that abuse my good nature, but the time I find it difficult is when it's a matter of principle of what's right & wrong. Eg: a matter of being made out to have done something wrong etc. I want to leave it behind & move on, but my principles don't allow me...they want me to fight it to clear my name of any wrong doing, but in doing so it always causes me more stress & anxiety...& is certainly not a healthy option. But am I to disregard what's right or wrong, be fouled into being punished for something I've not done...even though this is the les stressful option? What do you & others think?

It's not you who is fighting. It's your ego. The real you knows the truth. Mastering self is important in this context. I would suggest that you bless the whole situation with success, peace and harmony because it will turn the situation around . Do not let the real you be dragged by your emotions. I have done this in a situation I felt wasn't right. I blessed the woman with peace and harmony. When she came back within minutes her attitude had changed. I was shocked at how quickly the mood and atmosphere changed! I would suggest this to you, bless the people involved and bless the whole situation with success. I hope this helps

@@isabelleuna4734 Thank you for your insight & yes I agree. When it comes to people, the way you describe, is the way I act & as you say, generally with a positive outcome. Unfortunately some instances are not people you know, but people working for authorities...& that's where it's different, very different. It's like they remove or just don't poses, any human logic or heart.

Hi 👋🏽 dear Peace n Blessings I would like to respond to your post. First does the person has to be around you? If so then you gonna have to learn to ignore the heck out of that individual, silence is your power the worst thing you can do to a person is to ignore them they will self destruct after awhile they will fall off just like leaves 🍁🍁🍁🍁 why because you’re not feeding them your energy. These people are like human vampires 🧛 they will suck all of your life’s energy if you allow it that’s what keeps them strong and happy, while you energy is being depleted and feeling drained. One more thing if you have a Bank Account and you allow another person to keep on withdrawing money 💰 from it sooner or later if you don’t put a stop to it there won’t be anything left in the account for you to withdraw from. I hope this was of some help to you. Stay encouraged 🙏🏽
