I’ve been visualizing for a long time. I started out and I still do this trick when I have to go shopping I visualized a parking spot before I get there. It works about 99.9% of the time.

Thank you for your work. I've been listening to your videos every morning at work for the past few months. I lost my husband 10 months ago unexpectedly after 30 years I never thought I'd be a widow at 50. I am definately working through the shadows but figuring it out slowly.
