Correct poll flexion

Here is a short explanation of correct poll flexion that helps with relaxation and elasticity of the contact. This method educates (or re-educates) the horse on how to flex the poll joint while keeping a soft contact and mobile jaw. Many other means of flexing (or overflowing) the poll are detrimental to the horse physically and mentally by forcing the position, over flexing, encouraging fear of the bit, or putting the horse in a low and fixed position.
*Note: i talk about lightly resisting in the outside hand when asking for poll flexion. That is the case with this horse who is quite sensitive. A different horse may need a more firmly fixed hand on the outside for clarity but the inside hand should still encourage the mobility of the jaw and relaxation.

I believe soundly in biomechanics and science as well as over 450 years of wisdom of the masters of Europe. This horse had been treated very badly through the mouth and had a big job to bring him to understand the flexion of the poll. He has some tension from past experiences but this is much bettter than the harmful overflexion he suffered previously.
I know ur teaching but the bit and the way ur pulling he isn’t enjoying that all that much I wouldn’t Wana have my horses pulled with a bit on to be honest
