    I’m in physical therapy for it right now and strengthening the core is key! I have only went twice and I can already feel relief! Look up more stretches like this! I hope it helps you❤

    i’ve been experiencing lower back pain for almost a month. did scans, went to doctors but they don’t see any problems. lately i’ve been trying various exercises on youtube for back pain relief and they actually gave me pain instead of relief. after doing 10 reps of this the back pain is gone 🩵😭 THANK YOU! i will keep going another 5-6 sets hahah

    This was one of the first exercises my physio gave me for lower back pain, modified with a resistance band around the ankle to increase the difficulty. Be wary of doing what he did at the end by high-fiving her, losing core tension and letting your spine leave the ground can be very painful in this exercise!

    I really need an exercise that will work for me. I usually have lower back pain, but today it was worse. After playing soccer my Lowe back pain gotten worse, and I can barely walk.

    This move hurts when I do it. My back curves in at my lower back right above my butt, and I believe it is called hyperlordosis. So what to do now?

    In the 90 90 position with the knees up, I feel it in my spine , just at the top, Why ??
