Squats are good anti-flexion exercise, very good exercise for anti-lateral flexion is one arm dumbell ohp half kneeling

Good mornings are much better if your goal is to get anti flexion. The range of motion on GMs is absolutely excellent and you can build up a bullet proof low back from the ROM

Hi Chris, do you think the best way to strengthen the trunk is doing those in game movements you talked about and progressing them? In my opinion the other exercises are only accessory and are not required even by the world's best athletes.
The 3 phases, do you practise them over different sequences of each session, or in the long term?

Do you train people that want to enter into military special operations?
Chris, what is your opinion on the subjet that the lumbar spine is for stability and not for mobility? With the antis you worked it perfect. But with the flexion and extension not! McGill is an author of this

Good question. I think it's supposed to be stable strong and well developed the muscles of the low back.
