Carpet cleaning in a 6 story building with multiple floors can be a challenging task, but it is essential for maintaining a healthy and hygienic environment. The cleaning process typically involves several steps, starting with a thorough vacuuming to remove any loose dirt and debris. Instead of steam cleaning we took out the Orbot Life machine BUT the brand new Orbot Lio cordless machine is launching, links at the bottom of this if you're interested. The carpets are normally steam cleaned with a truckmount or portable using high-pressure hot water extraction to remove dirt, bacteria, and allergens, leaving them fresh and clean with TMF chemicals...Although this process can be time-consuming but with the new Orbot Lio machine cuts your cleaning time in half! Love your energy! You make it fun! I dream of having a wireless machine. That really takes all the work out of it. Nothing is worse than having to move all that furniture then fight with a cord and a heavy ass machine too. Especially when you are working in a building with people in it.

You won't regret getting tmf chemicals, that's all I use and I'm telling you right now they are the best that I have used so far I'll recommend them 1000% 👍

Been an encaper my whole life, but Of course I’ve evolved into multi methods for all jobs. I will say supercap is a great product, was skeptical about the crystallization but test prove it. Personally I have a dozen different encap products that cover different conditions, but that’s just me 😅 I’d disagree about using not VLM in residential, I believe it has the worst reputation because of how easy it is to be lazy with VLM but for someone on a budget and hard work ethic, will be able to outperform average hwe My trick for residential vlm is Cotton pads, 2-5 per room focus on trailways. Then I go back with a fiber pad and more encap. I can tell you those cotton will pull a ton of soil and you’ll have a day of laundry on your hands

What do you think about using a counter rotating brush machine for encap/vlm on CGD?
Black label says it dries to a crystal does it crystalize meaning it encaps the soil after you clean like super encap or does it have polymers that help prevent wicking?
