Would intermittent fasting help bronchiectasis?what length of the intermittent fasting is beneficial for bronchiectasis ? Would water only fast is recommended and what is the recommended length in hour?

I do intermittent fasting once a week, plus activity. I used to do two days. It feels like it does something for my condition
Though I’m an American, I found this video informative. I was recently diagnosed with bronchiectasis and was curious to know what foods and drinks would be beneficial. Thank you for making this video! 🙂
