The videos are vertical, while he could have stretched it to touch the top and bottom, it would still only take up 1/4 of the screen max. Wtf do you want him to do? He's not a magician

The one with the secret rock entrance lol. Awesome. I also really enjoyed the DIY setup made entirely of wood. Very impressive Lot of great setups here. Cool video. I'd definitely be interested in a series like this, but need to see more of the gyms! I also thought someone else's suggestion of a rating system was interesting, as well as a description of perks and features

Some people got Olympic weights and some people got standard 1inch weights, just work with what you got and what you can afford. Some people got a garage and some don't. 🤙🤙🤙🤙👍👍👍👍.

As someone who has horses and works out I can say stall mats are great. If you have a lot of dust in your garage workout zone get a leaf blower because stall mats are hard to sweep clean.

Coop once again showing he and the team can make entertaining content sitting on a couch! Coop and GGR the real MVP!

Preacher curls are probably the best way to focus on your biceps. Definitely the best way to put your bicep under tension. Ultimately building the biggest biceps. 💪💪💪

Saw a tytax 1x or something recently...insane. would love to see you review that gear. Pro rower is insane.

Could you do a DIY preacher curl? That would be a great video!

For hanging the American flag, if it hanging like in the first video, it depends on what direction of the wall on which it is hung. On a east to west wall the stars are hung more east. On a North to south wall they are hung with stars to the north. That flag might be hung correctly.

Men, that wood gym is in chile!! In the south.. in my opinion is art 👍👍

A good sturdy preacher bench is elite Can also use it as a low backrest for overhead tricep and shoulder exercises, small footprint, drag it over to a cable set up and do cable curls too

It's also extremely cheap compared to any other additions. You can get a preacher curl machine for like 200 bucks. Not many other home gym equipment you can get that cheap. I'm guessing that's part of the reason why people pick up a preacher curl - even if you don't use it constantly, it's so cheap compared to anything else

Coop, what happened to cooking with your deep-dish plates? Maybe you can use them for jello. You could even use those plate molds for giant gelatin creations. The next level would be ballistic gelatin kettlebell molding. I think you know what to do with those...

Feel like this video would be better set up if the gym being shown off were most of the screen with coops noggin in a square at the corner of the screen. Kinda hard to see the actual gym setups. Great video!

house is no longer there but its still unsurpassed for INSANE to have a 4x8ft dual-hinged TRAP DOOR in the floor above to add overhead room above my basement platform

@@ball_sack_mcgee Concrete is cheaper to buy, but if you have trees on your property, you can just chop off a big branch. Oak will also last longer.

@@girlsdrinkfeck he has far too many dumbbells for that space imo, I would've halved the amount and went with some sort of heavy adjustable dumbbell like Powerblocks or Ironmasters, then he'd be able to put another machine or 2 in there

@@girlsdrinkfeck Bulldog Gear I think it was Just don't think he's getting great bang for his buck in his space out of the space required for a full 5-50kg set in 2.5kg increments which he has, I say this as a garage gym owner myself who mainly hits the barbells too like Matt. I have 5-15kg dumbbells in 2.5s which I use for drop sets/warm ups/accessories then I have Ironmasters for heavy dumbbell compounds which can go up to 54kgs/120lbs if I need it. Will eventually buy a hybrid mass storage rack for both those dumbbells and my plates and will probably buy a few more pairs and go up to 25kg dumbbells, but no more, just feel most of Matts dumbbells would be gathering dust most of the year 😂 Matt cycles between powerlifting and body-building type programs I'm pretty sure, but has been doing powerlifting type training for a while.

Coop have you tried the Bells of Steel belt squat? I just purchased one and love it!! Not too expensive and you can get full range of motion without taking too big of a footprint.

This video reminded me how poor I am, and how jealous I am

Maybe something like GCN's (Global Cycling Network) KZread videos and their segment of 'Nice or Super Nice" bikes (with only super nice bikes go in the bike vault). You designate your own rating system and only the "super nice" garage gyms make it into your vault.
