He was`nt respected by citicens of other countries, i can tell you that. I live in Europe, and except for the asslicking politicians, he is mostly hatet for his role in the "war on terror" among alot of other things. There is nothing smart, caring, respectable and honorable about this man. He lied to get in to office, and than broke just about every promise along the way. I actually had hopes he was going to be different, but he is just Bush 2.0 in a more maluable packeging. To think my country gave this psychopath a Nobel Piece price, makes me sick. I voted for Obama even though I am a Conservative (UK). I did not vote when Hillary and Donald were running against each other, they say the problem with political jokes is they sometimes get elected. Now if Biden had run with Michelle Obama they could have cancelled the election and handed him the keys to the White House. Could you imagine that woman running an inquiry into the status of minorities in the United States - fault would be found and corrections undertaken. As a republican, I still think he’s a cool guy. It’s his policies and politics that I don’t like. He’s an alright guy tho. Second, if I were him, I would rather my legacy being the "cool" president that exemplified humanity and decency than one of being impeached, whines a lot, partook in a pathetic coup attempt (and Lord knows how many criminal acts) and had zero respect for democracy. In short, yeah I would rather the "cool" president legacy than the legacy of being the worst and dumbest world leader in modern history.

Pay attention between the lines. See how he never lets anyone walk away without a handshake or a hug, how asks his own people to take over the cameras so that the whole family can be in it, how he walks a half way to meet people instead of waiting for them to come. A very decent human being.

He is the coolest man ever to be president. People were drawn to him because he made them feel special. No fake photo ops no faked smiles. His warmth was and is genuine.

Even when the odds were stacked against him during his presidency, he reminded us all that he is human just like the rest of us. Now not everyone agrees with him, but he made America fun with the simple things, like saying hello to a little kid, stopping by a local restaurant to have a bite to eat, and by just doing the random acts of kindness that he was great at doing. Oh, how I wish those days could come back once more.

i remember when President Obama visit my country in Indonesia at 2010 ago, there is so many people very very interested and so happy and cheerful when this man doing speech in front of audience and media at University of Indonesia, everyone clapping and cheering for him, i mean we're not even american but we love this humble man

I am an expat American and I was always proud when I mentioned to someone where I'm from and they always knew who Obama is and gave a big thumbs up and a smile. Yes, but I feel Biden will be just as good a president, with regards to actual policies actually even better.
