hazelnut sweet pie

RECIPES:
Ingredients
For the syrup
400 g of sugar
400 ml of water
1 orange peel
For the Base
150 g of hazelnuts
4 eggs
200 g of sugar
130 g grated breadcrumbs
2 vanillas
1 spoon of baking powder
For the Overlay
400 ml of milk
1 pack of vanilla pastry cream
Method
Let's start with the syrup. Boil the sugar, water and orange peel in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
We continue with the base of our dessert. Crush the hazelnuts in the food processor.
Then take a bowl and beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Add the breadcrumbs, the vanilla and work with marise.
Along the way, add the hazelnuts, the baking powder and continue mixing.
Finally, spread the mixture in a 30x22 cm pan that we have previously greased and bake at 180 degrees Celsius, on the resistances, until it turns golden brown.
SYRUP: While our dessert is hot, we syrup it with warm syrup. Let it absorb for at least 4 hours.
We continue with the coating. Beat the milk with the vanilla pastry cream.
Spread the cream over the dessert and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Optionally serve with crushed hazelnuts, cinnamon or pistachios.
