Hey Raad, I think you do both.. educate and entertain which makes some of the harder facts easier to swallow. Speaking about harder facts, people really need to realize that delays are happening frequently, so its best to be prepared. I've kept being told January January January. for my new home.. now I'm being told March. Not their fault like you said, lack of supplies, lack of workers and covid delays. My mistake was not getting a nice rental for 3 months and being able to enjoy and relax. I figured oh its not the nicest place but it'll do and I'm only going to be here for a month. Hopefully people have made a decent profit on their old homes and they should use it to feel comfortable because there are going to be delays and it's going to be longer than they think.

Bottom line, you’ll do anything necessary to live and enjoy your life in New Braunfels. Meaning, having a plan on buying a house. Thanks again Raad for a great video 👍

Dude really? I’m not sure where your getting your facts? But, this area ain’t slowing down. Yes there’s a low supply because it takes time to bounce back from the excessive explosion but new Braunfels is headed to the MOON! you want a ride or a pillow?

Dude, yes. Mortgage applications have slowed down here. Builders are getting very little traffic compared to this time last year. We went from a +24k on median home rice here from March to April to a $1k increase from April to May. Are we still up from last year? Absolutely. Just not at the red hot rate it was last year. So, we get our facts from builder and loan phone calls, the market reports, my own observations...whats coming in and out. All to bring viewers like yourself accurate information at the time the video drops. Obviously, things change, especially in this time we're in now. One thing to watch is corporate earnings and credit card spending. Those will tell the story before the story. Earnings are expected down and more people are hitting their limits on credit cards, which means the next thing they'll tap into is their house.
