Instead of chicken stock or broth, use a bottle of your favorite dark beer… I use Sam adams myself and I raise my own rabbits :)

ok thanks I'll have to do some checking around for this stuff it was great when I was smoking fish

you need to mix the marinade otherwise the salt just goes to the bottom and its useless
