Wontons, what a great little dumpling, a treat you can serve in many ways. I Use to look forward in go to my favourite hacker center in Singapore. Line up some times for 40 minutes at this stall that made the best wonton soup in the world. This family has been making this for 6 generations. I was fortunate enough to sit with the wonton maker once. A 90 year old man he would make 10 to my 1 wonton, absolutely amazing. Enjoy this recipe simple and delicious.

CHICKEN CABBAGE FILLING
300g minced chicken
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped Wombok cabbage
1 tsp grated ginger
1tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Salt & Pepper
PORK & SHRIMP
200 grimaced pork
200 chopped shrimp
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tsp grated ginger
1tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
WONTON SOUP
4 cups chicken stock
2 Bok Choy sliced in half
1 large shallot sliced in half
3 green onion whole
2 inch knob of ginger sliced
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
Egg noodles 30 gr per portion
Eat well Live Well
