- 200g Salmon
- 4 Shallots
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Galanga
- 8 Limes Leaves
- 2 Lemongrass Sticks
- 1 Thai Chili Pepper
- 500 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 Red Pepper
- 3 Thai Basil
- 2 tbsp Bamboo Strips
- Banana Leaves
