Cooking on the road just got easier with the Road Pro Lunch Box Oven.
You may have heard of it... may even have one. It was new to me and I've been (mostly) delighted with this little lunch box oven.

Fantastic. I had no idea a 12V oven for vehicles existed. And great tip about buying a ton of inserts to keep it clean.

Yeah it's a great little oven! They make a crock pot version too. Now that it's summer I'm doing more sandwiches and cold food so not cooking as much, but it will get good use once the weather gets cold again.
Heating food - rice and minced meat or chicken … that would be real beneficial. That will give me a feeling of having a proper meal

I've made steaks and mini roasts too, and fish w/vegetables, and chicken dishes. Good stuff!
You can probably do a quick stir-fry with it!

I've done chicken, rice and veggies but not as a "stir fry." Will have to give that a go and see what happens.
Bet it works good on a turkey drumstick huh??? 😆
