It was Diane, thank you. We love anchovies, they disappear into the sauce and make it so much richer.

Big fella is always hungry John, we had some fish and chips last week that were amazing in Fuengirola. Don't have them often, but when you do theres nothing better.

Lol, really? Cook it yourself, so much nicer that way. Not that theres anything wrong with Fam Foods, we all like easy meals sometimes.

We will eat most seafood Steven, not Octopus though, thats one of our not so keen ones.

Now that’s motivational! I didn’t hear how long was the total cooking time. How long was the total cooking time?

It depends on how much risotto rice you use, it does take longer to cook through than normal boiled rice.
