Amber: Use hot sauce! Just kidding...I personally would not discourage any kid from eating any vegetable. All kids I see only want to eat chicken nuggets - no matter what age they are. I love all the summer veggies and herbs you used for this recipe. I never cook the herbs - I just top the mixture with them and mix in. Your presentation is beautiful!

I also eat herbs raw a lot but mostly as salad or in a pesto, great tip to top this with raw herbs, thanks Deborah! : ) - Nicole
