Def biased with my love for French onion soup and and soup in general but I think it’s going to rank high for most even so. Hope the week is going well

I have some tips for caremlized onion! When cooking caramalized onions, you can speed up the process by beginning the process with a bit of water and over high heat while covered, this helped the onions steam and moves the heat through them faster than just cooking them on the surface of the skillet. Pressing and stiring the onions frequently will allow for maximum contact and will help them expell water so they can caramelize faster and more evenly. Finally baking soda at the end boosts the sweetness (All these tips come from Americas Test Kitchen but they work really well so I'd highly recommend them to save yourself some time!). Also great video, you have earned yourself a new subscriber.

Sup, don't remember name so sup lol, idk why comment didn't post? But awesome, my favorite is French onion soup, even had gruyere on a burger, Lipton onion soup in meatloaf but 🤯, never thought together, why not have beef dip subs, grilled cheese with tomato soup ect.. making this asap but checked need gruyere, in morning, I'm on vacation so 🤬 it🤣😂, in future when make onion soup I'm gonna dip burger lol, but can make extra condiments and keep in fridge for more burgers👍, made every burger showed and made Xtra condiments so great lol. Saw tip for onions but it's old and failed, butter and lard, crisco, oil.. just takes long time.. so spend extra time and cut a lot, more than that even.. can keep in fridge for anything.. this no doubt will be favorite, and that's hard to say bro. Keep up great work sup lol, tyvm tc 🍔🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Sharpen your knife - that will help with the onion tears. 🧅
