Guacamole is one of my favorite things to make. My recipe is similar to yours, but I add fresh shallots, (i love shallots!) chili flakes, and use lemon juice. It's so much better than store bought! I love your cooking videos!

Thanks for the recipes. I was one of the five. 😊. I look forward to the next recipes. I wasn’t hungry until I watched your video. 😊 I used to buy our chicken from Costco for years but I quit due to they weren’t antibiotic free and didn’t know where the chicken was coming from.

I was one of the five 😂 I like your cooking videos. I use cranberries (actually Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries) instead of grapes in my chicken salad and it’s delicious. Everything looks yummy. Enjoy 🙂

Buy a food saver and seal your chicken in daily portions then freeze what you don’t need. Then it just needs to not leak in the car and you’re good.
