    dried fish is a good alternative to crayfish for anyone allergic. my mother does this because shes allergic and it tastes divine

    Mehnnnn and this uziza is the original one. It's still very potent even after being in the freezer. The whole kitchen was filled with the aroma. 😋 Oya now, I dey wait.

    I think okro soup is faster than nsala oh especially when you're cooking nsala with hard chicken 🐔 🤣 I just have to try okpei in my okro to see the difference 🤔 this student is rich shaa 😅 love it

    Ma'am you're cooking is wonderful like I really appreciate it and like I can even test the aroma from where I'm watching the video I truly appreciate it that even though I can cook by myself but I learned a lot from your cooking video I'm giving it a thumbs up and I hope you achieve more in the future , but how is it possible for a student to make such kind of delicacy with #2,000 please I would love you to explain more to us , because we students we know the cost of things over here in Nigeria and they are very very high since things are no longer as cheap as they were before , so how is that possible

    I will try this one. My parents are growing occra. We don’t cook it like this in Martinique and the west African restaurants in Paris only do basic basic meals ( mafé, poulet braisé, plantain…)

    Thanks, I'm actually looking for something different from what I used to do and I got it. I just want to add if lesson can be more short and precise next time. Someone like me don't actually have much time but I like to learn. If all ingredients are readily prepared and not included in the video, it can make the lesson faster.     Ok Flo I made the soup today with your help... It taste good to me but I did taste some grainy taste... I think it was from the crayfish like you said maybe sand in the crayfish. My husband hasn't tried it yet... Not sure if he will notice. But I know where I made my mistake... I didn't soak the crayfish I only rinsed it and I didn't grind it up good. I did make a video of me making it.
