    Essentially african locust beans that's been processed. You might be familiar with ogiri which is somewhat similar

    Usually your recipes are the 💣 🔥 but this one is not a smart way of cooking, it's nice but it's a longer process, why boil the yam separate instead of cooking it in the juice sauce. My mother used to say the wife whose food is done first is the food the husband will eat. If you are igbo Porridge yam is one of the fastest meals to make, no need to complicate with an unnecessary long process
