    Ty for making this vid, awesome information!!!! I was told that beans were bad but I knew deep down they were good, lots of fiber and nutrients etc....I recently switched to dried beans due to reducing sodium and searched for how long and how much water to add. This video was helpful as I will search for the componets you added to the meal. I love indian food!!!!

    Thank you for the amazing video and good information.. The spices you mentioned should be added after it is cooked in pressure coooker.. which is like second phase of cooking to make curry?

    Thanks for educating, Keep doing more. I do have a doubt though. Why are the Crocker pots discouraged when they can easily heat the water to above 100°C?

    Thank you so much for your kind words 😇 beans can turn toxic in slow cooking and crock pots or any slow cookers are not encouraged if you are slow cooking beans from raw..instead you can use precooked beans.

    Just put a table spoon of baking soda in a bowl of beans that you are soaking to get rid of the gas that beans have simple as that da.

    Canned kidney beans, are they considered soaked or should these be soaked for 12 hours in water once can is opened?

    Canned beans are soaked. So, you don't need to soak them overnight like dried beans. Thanks for watching 😇

    Soak it overnight and cook in a pressure cooker the next day until soft. Hope this helps 😊
