Thank you! We don’t get snow here so I planted in the first week of March. The jalapeño and banana peppers are from last year.

Ok I see what's going on.In Jamaica we do this but with no cassava .Only the cornmeal, coconut milk, chopped onions ,garlic, thyme, green onions, peppers and salt.WOW.We eat it with brown stew'fish with gravy . Your fish looks amazing .I miss eating mackrel.

A word of caution! I don’t know about the cassava you’re using, but the ones we grow in ghana have high levels of cyanide, which is why the water is squeezed out if agbelima before it is used. Starch is just a happy accident of the process.

I haven't had banku in a while ooo all in the name of loosing weight but after watching this, I'm putting my brakes on😀 I love the cassava blend tip, banku came out very soft.
