Convert from Moles to Grams, Liters, and Molecules

We’ll use the Mole Map as our guide to setting up and understanding how to convert between moles, grams, liters, and particles (molecules, atoms …). After you are comfortable with the mole map we’ll learn how to make sure we have the correct units and easily use conversion factors.
Mole Playlist:
• Moles, Grams, and More...
The Mole Map is useful because it helps us visualize how to convert from moles to grams, liters, or particles. This allows us to come up with a simple strategy to solve problems. After that it’s just doing the math. Conversion factors can help make do the math correctly and our answer is correct.
By having a visual sense of mole conversions you’ll be able to learn how to solve challenging problems like mass to mass stoichiometry and working with moles and balanced equations (in another video)..
Throughout the video you’ll practice converting between moles, grams, and particles. But the more you practice with conversions the better you will become. These videos will help with more practice (with solutions explained).

Converting between moles and grams is the cornerstone of being successful in stoichiometry, the study of chemical quantities. Take the time to learn mole conversions and you will find chemistry is much easier.

genuinely this is the only conversions diagram that has made any sense to me. Every other diagram seems way overly complicated for no reason. thank you.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that many books and teachers make things way more complicated than it needs be. This one teacher said that most teachers are mediocre and only about 5 percent are actually excellent/exceptional teachers. I think that number should be a bit higher but this guy is definitely an exceptional teacher.
