As a middle school student in Vietnam, we think English is a difficult language, I was very tired with 12 tenses, passive sentences, indirect sentences, stress marking, etc. Everything is very difficult. When taking an exam, if you get just ONE WORD wrong, the entire exam will be wrong. That's why many students in my class have below average exam scores.

it's an abbreviation for 'general practitioner' - they are doctors who don't specialise in any particular area of medicine.
