Mr Joseph Pilates sequence as it appears in his book. The 34 original exercises that over time had been added to, modified and brought into the now.
Pilates was ahead of his time in so many ways and it is a pleasure to return to his original sequence, which I hope I do justice. I kept checking my phone for the order to keep me on track!..
Pilates is an amazing method to bring awareness to your body, connect you to your breath and leave you vitalised..

Enjoyed the video - was fun to listen to someone else instruct with a little humor - very much my style! - Your roll-over was a bit different to the version I've been taught as part of the 34.
