दवाइयों की पूरी जानकारी:
1️⃣ Tab. Britum 500mg
ऑपरेशन वाले दिन से ही,
1 गोली - दिन मे 2 बार (5 दिन तक)
2️⃣ Tab. Combiflam
1 गोली ऑपरेशन के तुरंत बाद और 1 गोली 12 घंटे के बाद
3️⃣ Moxicip Eye Drops
ऑपरेशन वाले दिन से ही,
1 बूंद, दिन मे 4 बार (10 दिन तक)
4️⃣ Loteflam Eye Drops
ऑपरेशन वाले दिन से ही,
पहले 15 दिनों तक, 1 बूंद दिन मे 6 बार
अगले 15 दिनों तक, 1 बूंद दिन मे 4 बार
अगले 15 दिनों तक, 1 बूंद दिन मे 2 बार
5️⃣ Flogel HA Eye Drops
ऑपरेशन वाले दिन से ही,
1 बूंद दिन मे 4 बार (90 दिनों तक )

➡️ लेजर से चश्मा हटाने की पूरी प्रक्रिया 🗓
लेजर सर्जरी से चश्मा हटाने की पूरी प्रक्रिया मे 3 दिन का समय लगता है:
1️⃣ पहला दिन - सर्जरी से पहले होने वाली जांच और डॉक्टर से परामर्श ।
इस दिन हम सर्जरी के लिए आपकी उपयुक्तता का आकलन करने के लिए आंखो की विभिन्न जाँचे करते हैं। इसमे आपके 2-3 घंटे लगते है।
2️⃣ दूसरा दिन - सर्जरी
दूसरे दिन आपकी सर्जरी की जाती है। इस दिन की पूरी प्रक्रिया मे भी 2 घंटे लग जाते हैं (आपकी सर्जरी मे केवल 10-15 मिनट ही लगते हैं )
3️⃣ तीसरा दिन - सर्जरी के बाद की जांच।
इस दिन, सर्जरी के बाद आपकी नज़र (विजन) की जांच की जाती है । इस दिन भी आपका करीब 1 घंटे का समय लगता है ।

अगर आप चश्मा उतारवाने की लेज़र सर्जरी के बारे में सोच रहे हैं तो सबसे पहले आपकी आखों पर 6-7 तरह की जांच (Eye Tests) होती हैं , जिससे यह पता चलता है कि आपकी आँखों में लेज़र सर्जरी हो सकती है या नही और आपकी आखों के लिए कौन सी तकनीक सबसे बेहतर रहेगी ।
इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में करीब 3 घंटे लग जाते है और अगर आप Contact Lenes भी लगाते हैं तो आपको कम से कम 3 दिन पहले से उनका इस्तेमाल बंद करना होगा ।

Vision correction surgeries are considered cosmetic procedures and hence most of the health insurances do not cover it. The best way to figure out whether it is covered in your plan/policy, is to contact your health insurance/TPA and inquire about this. If it is covered by them, then we can process your claim. The another way is to get the pre-approval from health insurance/TPA *through the hospital*. This might take 1-2 days’ of time. In this process, the hospital is required to send all the diagnosis reports and plan of treatment to the TPA. Upon analyzing the patient’s plan/policy and the share reports, the TPA will decided to authorize or reject the approval request .

Haan, Ek week toh eyes me bilkul paani nahi jaana chaeye. Uske baad aap, eyes close karke face clean kar skte, soap use kar skte h, shampoo use kar skte hain. Dhyan rahe eyes band kar ke use krna h paani. 3 months dhyan rakhna h ye. Uski baad kaise bhi paani use karo koi problem nahi hogi.
