No, you need to wait until one week before you start any physical activities. Workout in the gym should be avoided for one month and swimming should be avoided for 3 months.

Ye eye-floaters hai Thode bahut eye-floaters dikhna, normal hai. Isse eyes me koi harm nahi hota. Ye time k sath ya toh apne aap aankh me niche settle ho jate hain ya aapko inko ignore karne k aadat padd jati hai.

See, usually doctor advice us not to rub our eyes whether its operated or not. Because rubbing even our normal eyes is not good and we should avoid it. After surgery, you should not rub or touch it for a week at least.

Aap Hair wash kar sakte hain, lekin eyes close kar ke. Dhyan rahe abhi 3months tak aapko eyes band kar ke use krna h paani. 3 months dhyan rakhna h ye. Agar maine laser karwa liya ho? aur mera work screen ka hai toh kya mera vision again worst ho skta ya laser karane ke baad vision dubara kharab nai hoga myopia ka

Ek baar aapki specs power stable ho jae uske baad power badne k chance bahut kam hote hain isiliye LASIK/ICL surgery tabhi ki jaati h jab aapka specs number stable ho chuka ho. -13 D ki power ko ICL surgery se araam se remove kara jaa sakta hai, iske baad apki eyes me koi power nah bachega. Haan, 40 saal ke baad jese natural eye me paas ke vision ki problem ho jaati hai, aese apko bhi 40 saal ke baad paas ka power aa sakta hai. Woh ek age related problem hai aap chahe ICL/Lasik karao ya nahi karao 40 saal baad woh problem mostly hoti hai. Sir, Lasik laser kitni age tak sahi reh skti hai jaise k mere age 33 hai . Itni age k bad Lasik ja ICL sahi rahega

Sir ,my 3 year baby girl has slight squint in left eye (extropia), after consultation with opthalmologist he says vision is ok,and advised excericse , pls suggest if it does not overcome by excericse then what would be proper age for surgery

Sir laser k baad lifelong humein check up karwana padega? Aur us check up mein kya dekha jayega? Kya ye year wise routine check up small towns mein available hein? After laser koi permanent side effects ho sakte hein? I have allergy in eyes. What should be the precautions? I want to do it but only if there's no post laser permanent side effects. Dryness may occur for 3 months. What about redness, itching & other symptoms? Please answer sir. From TRIPURA

Koi long term aur permanent effect nahi hota Laser ka. Laser surgery ke lifetime followup check up nahi hota. Surgery ke 3mahine baad ek followup check up hota hai aur ek 6 mahine baad hota hai.

How about post precations after icl ? And can i bath under waterfall after lasik and icl both ???????

Post-Surgery Precautions • Mobile phones may be used from the next day • Computer use, watching TV, reading etc. can be started from the 2nd day in moderation. There may be strain on eyes initially which is normal. • Take a bath neck down for 1 week. During this period, clean your eyelids lightly with boiled cotton once in the morning to remove deposits from the lid margin, taking care not to touch the black portion (cornea) of the eye. Wipe face lightly with a clean towel without rubbing your eyes. • Light activities can be done the very next day. Do not do heavy exercises for 7 days.
