We are socially defined by our actions and not by how we self identify. Hamas commits acts of terrorist barbarism and should be called and recognised as a terrorist army because it uses terror. There can be arguments about other groups that are in a war conflict as to what they may be defined as but Hamas is explicitly using terror and there should be no question as yhe factual reality defines them as such.

There are actually in legal terms no terrorists in gaza or the west bank . The international law says that they are "freedom fighters" because they are the ones being occupied against their will and the international law says they can use " any means possible " to resist an occupation . Resisting an occupation force is called "freedom fighting" in international law . In this case it is Israel that is the occupying or"terrorist" force . That is why Israel is on trial right now at the ICJ for genocide . The simple fact is that in law someone who is being occupied can resist an occupation " by any means possible " That is why Israel is in the dock on trial right now and hamas and the other armed freedom fighters are not in the dock . The Law always takes the side of the just and that means the occupier and its forces can never be on the right side of the law . The same applies to Russia invading Ukraine . The law is there to act as a deterent to occupation forces invading others rather than protect and encourage invading / occupying as a means of colonialism and land grabs .

The land you are speaking about is Judea and Samaria, we are the Judeans, we are the descendants of Abraham Isaac and Israel (Jacob) Israel was never "formed" we have been trying to get our land back since we were forced to leave by the Assyrians in 733BCE, only after more than half of our population were massacred simply for being Jews. Also I find it very misleading that you omit the fact that Arabs have been attacking Jews since even before 1948, that by their very book they are commanded to kill Jews and that even though they were given half of the land God promised to the Jews (and promised by the League of Nations but that's neither here nor there) they still carry out/attempt to carry out terrorist attacks against Israel on a constant basis BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT IT TO EXIST.

Who are the real mass rapists in Israel? :- The Association of Rape Crisis Centres in Israel reported in 2022 that they had 1574 cases of rape or sexual assault come forward to them from within Israel army personell , one army personell on another army personell , and that these were examined and then subsequently recorded in thier 2021 year statistics of thier association . Clearly the Israel army has a rape / sexual assault problem itself and this casts some doubt on the claims made by Israel about activities of palestinian freedom fighters on Oct 7th regarding sexual crime and subsequently these claims being portayed by Israel as being somewhat exceptional to only the Palestinian side.
