Consistent Size & Alignment of E-Learning Characters in Articulate Storyline 360

Looking to align character states in Articulate Storyline 360? If you've ever worked with multi-state, e-learning character poses in Storyline 360, you've probably noticed how the illustrated and photographic characters are aligned differently. The illustrated characters remain centered while the photographic characters move around a bit based on their pose. That's just the nature of photographs vs. illustrations.
Photographic characters are images while illustrated characters were drawn from scratch. So how do you fix the alignment to make photographic characters work more like the illustrated characters? Add some vertical and horizontal guides and edit each photographic character state to manually align the poses.
