😢 Connie ❤ 👍 This song made Elvis cry his eyes out when he went to go see Connie live. He brought her flowers and loved the show but had to leave when she sang this because he had just lost his mom. Also Connie may be the only woman to ever turn down Elvis for an invitation to be with him. Frank Sinatra her friend wanted her to sing Mama at his mom's funeral but she couldn't since her voice was bad at that time but later did a dedication to her with it at a performance she did. All True stories right here. 😎

It would mean a lot to me and my grandfather!

I lost my mother when I was 15 years old she didn’t get a chance to see me graduate high school get married have children grandchildren she wasn’t there and it broke my heart and then my son got married in 2013 and I had to pick a wedding song for mamawas the wedding song I wanna dance to with my son and it was so beautiful everybody was in tears❤
