meditation is amazing.I started it when I was in 12th, heartfulness sister came to my school, after that day, for 24 hours I felt so light, that day I experienced something amazing for the first time.meditation should be a part of our schools.

Daaji is a great man!! He has created a wonderful platform to so many spiritual seekers.
After this first session, my fears surfaced up, I heard an explicable noise, then was reasoning out in a state of fear as to how I heard it, then towards the end, I came to understand that this was an auditory hallucination coming due to fear. After this other fears came to surface, and I reasoned out and convinced myself about the schemingness of a person. To tell you the truth, my fears came to surface, I didn't feel blissful, I now realise that I have fear in the heart. Looking forward to the next session.

Thank you Daaji. I watched your meditation video just now and felt the transmission, almost 4 years after this video was recorded in KZread. Once a transmission released, it is always there for those who chose to receive it. Distance and time is irrelevant.

I feel like a globe of light is around me. Like a bubble of rays coming off around me.
I started with Day 1 meditation today. I feel relaxed and calm down. Before starting the process, my mind was anxious asusual. Now I feel better. Waiting for the day 2 session to see me feel more better with heartfullness meditation. My sincere thanks to Dhaii jee for guiding with the session and I would genuinely grateful to Dr.S.Kishore Sir once again for bringing me to this good path.

I felt anchored in my heart in the chest area. I felt a sharp pin pointed pain vanished which was there since past 3 days. I had deep thoughts from the past that came to the surface. I couldn’t open my eyes and come out after “that’s all”. Thank you ❤️

I have never been in meditation for as long as I have done today with this video and I felt a sense of calm and peace until Daaji said "That's all". That was jolting, to be honest. The experience was soothing and very relaxing. I hope to continue this experimentation.

"That's all" really startled me, I was almost sleeping and suddenly... :D
Thank you very much. This was the first guided meditation that I actuality felt I'm challenged to focus. It's impossible to meditate when someone keeps talking without periods of silence. Because either you focus on the words to learn, or you zone out and get pulled back when the talking continues without real progress. I couldn't focus more than a minute at once on the heart, but I'll practice and get better. I know that's what it is all about.
Thank you Daaji for the inspirational session. This was very helpful and made me personally reach a stage of 'numbness' . Thank you for the effort.
I am feeling so happy after this meditation because i was visualizing my desire life with my family and desire people in my desire place , earlier i was very anxious that if i could be able to concentrate but when sir said it is not concentration class , it is meditation , i hope this start giving me positive and faster results now because i am already a LOA practitioner and i am manifesting small thing now easily so hope for the best ,Thank you GOD ,Thank you Universe and Thank you suyash for sharing this link and last but not the least Thank You Daji 🙏🏻

Fantastic experience, a sense of something trying to squeeze from head to heart which i have never felt in the midst of meditation, 2.before the start of mediation my body state was solid, post mediation i could a sense of fluid state, where everything in the body was of liquifying form, thanks for this experience, i have been sahaj marg mediation since 1 and half years, but this was first experience of this kind. Thanks.

Thank you, the body relaxation energy and meditation is peace-filling and lovely. . until you whispered 'that's all', the sound was a sudden shock, like an electric shock which caused my heart to jump suddenly, disturbing the peace-filled-ness. i love a quieter, gentle sound , like a muted tiny bell, to call the conscious-ness back to the body, also rather than returning to immediate talking, to continue the silent reflective, aware space afterwards (i have been practicing /teaching yoga, silent meditation ,especially meditation with nature and horses for some decades)

Thank you. I felt very light after meditation in between heart relaxation about twenty minutes last five minutes I distracted by some thoughts after that I'm able to come back. I experienced a small light in front if my inner eye some times it is visible and some times it is covered by black shadows or clouds... Some how I felt very light when compared to before meditation. Thank you so much for this first session. I'm waiting for tomorrow's session...🙏

Thank you ji... I am doing it first time today... It was really hard to stay in that calm state and I couldn't keep the state more than 10 minutes... But i tried much and i was not really able to concentrate on heart.. many other thoughts were going through my mind.. Even though i am feeling better after this... Will practice this more....

Dear Dhanush, When you close your eyes for meditation just observe within yourself and for sure you will feel your heart rather than visualizing it. The energy flowing is said to be nature's energy. I meditated for almost ten years. I could go very deep and it felt great, like a drug, while meditating. But when done. I felt hazy, woozy, disoriented, heavy and negative. I think it may release too much dopamine. I had a lot of negative energy and torment inside and I thought meditation was purging it but the torment and negativity never went away. In ten years, it was as intense as it was when I started; possibly worse. I even believe I had kundalini-like experiences. I came to believe meditation was "feeding the beast". I heard so many say that meditation opened you up for demonic entry and, though I think I already had demons from birth or early age, meditation was definitely feeding the bad within me. And it was doing weird things to my body, brain to toe. Strange things (pressures, aches, heaviness and weirdness) happened in my left head, left shoulder and arm and hand, the entire left side of my body. I still have issues with my legs. Like something providing life to those limbs is missing.

Seema Yadav please do not pay attention to the thoughts, as giving attention to the thoughts makes them stronger, try to revert to the thought of divine light in the heart as naturally as you could, do not force it. you will find improvement in a short time.

Dear Sister, First try to find a peaceful place, if that is not possible than try to ignore outer noise, after some practice you will be able to do it, we are meditating at home when child is around and some homely activities going on. Thank you, Master, for teaching us! During the meditation I had a wonderful pleasant feeling in my heart but alongside to some pain. They both disappeared after ending the meditation. Why there was a pain?

I have a question. I have been doing the practice for quite a while now. And came back to the basics today again to just reconnect. And also to seek Daaji's transmission during the lockdown. :D My question is: Everytime I go into a deeper meditative state, I can feel a vibration. But for some reason, I end up taking a deep breath and try to come to the physical world. It almost feels like my mind is scared and reluctant to go deeper. Is this normal? What do I do to overcome that? Thank you for answering

Vartika Gupta . Howdy Vartika. I have never consistently practiced meditation but have always been interested in it. A few years ago while laying down and just thinking or relaxing I had the same experience. It was definitely a vibration of some kind and after feeling it for a few moments It seems like I got scared and came out of the state. After thinking about what had happened I believe I was almost afraid or felt unworthy of the feeling. I tried to duplicate the experience several times after that but have never come close. What do you do to achieve that feeling and have you found an answer to your question? Thank you. Peace.

Hina B. I presume that you are trying to visualise the energy in Form of light, try not to have a visual just be natural and let the things happen then if some vision occurs that is fine. please don't force mind to imagine just go with your natural feeling.
Hey. It felt really good but I felt a strong pulling sensation in my head. Is this bad?
I had some negative thoughts and experienced fear during meditation.What does this mean?Is it okay to have this?

During meditation the deeply buried thoughts comes out to go. A thought is a thought, positive or negative. Some may experience fear because of deep rooted samskaras or due to the reason that we are in unchartered waters i e., soul finds itself in some unknown region, thus a sense of fear is experienced.

Please ignore the feelings of negative thoughts and fear, and also have the thought, "Better out than in." You can also read the chapter 'Spiritual Training' from the book "Reality at Dawn." I think I’m doing the relaxation technique wrong. As soon as the master said, “feel the energy of mother earth enter your toes,” it felt like the energy was flowing through my entire body. I had a hard time paying attention to the individual areas he was describing. But, I did feel very relaxed the whole time.
Namaste, I have two questions: 1. I had no experience while meditating with my trainer...did not feel any different. Is that ok? 2. Why do we need to write down the experience after meditation?
Is it normal to get a headache afterwards?
