I did the first heartfulness meditation today. I liked it and it was different. The dialogue at the end was abrupt and jolted me out of calm state. I request the creators of this video to use music gently to end the meditation and not suddenly to jolt the mediators. Thank you, I look forward to doing more.

Background music for Heartfulness videos should be completely removed, they created obstacles in acquiring and enlivening the condition.

I was also jolted by the ‘Now’ in the end. Please put some soft music to maintain the calm state even as we finish the session, otherwise it is blissful.

I loved this meditation. Will do it daily and log the status. 30/11/23 - Done, had some thoughts in between but at the end the condition achieved was amazing.
I suffer with OCD so this was a hard one for me. I'm going to continue with this process because if feels real. Nobody's talking, nobody's telling me what 2 do or how to feel.

This is good!! One small suggestion, it’s disturbing all of a sudden when a voice comes after 20 mins of meditation. I would suggest some fading in music before the voice or a voice guiding few more times in between. Thanks!!

Calm down to search for divine light - something unable to visualize and digest. Aham Brahmasmi - Can we feel this with meditation?. When one is in hurry in the bustle of life - keeping quiet and meditating to know about oneself is very much required. This would make people to live by morals and integrity.

Is there any other recommended guided meditation that helps rookies stay in place during the 20min long period? I am basically a visual person and am trying to leverage imagery to help me focus meditate. The nearest thing I found was body visualization but that doesn't really fit my bill. As an example, I am looking for a gentle description of smoke, light traveling and filling the landscape of the globe, rivers, seas, forests and finally entering heart and illuminating the body. While I agree that such a visualization is not the goal, I want to create this habit as effortlessly as possible so that I can graduate into meditating requiring less stimulus (the forest imagery before and after the meditation mode helps to an extent). I am seeking a voice to guide me throughout the 20 min period.

I'd say that you should probably do other meditation as practice then work your way up. Or just try to continually do this. It'll take time for you to become accustomed to silence but it's necessary to help you dive deep within.

The meditation of heartfulness focuses on the subtlest and that is just an idea BUT not visualization that becomes grosser when compared to just an idea or supposition. Just imagine the presence of divine light in your heart ang that you are getting attracted to that light and love in your heart.and not to visualize which make the object of meditation grosser.Ler the meditation be effortless and natural as it comes and not to have any expectations out of it.This attitude lessens the burden o your mind and helps meditation
