Thank you so much for doing a Clifton Strengths video, especially Connectedness. This particular strength is #2 out of my top 5 results. I never realized it before and have wanted to hear more about it ever since, so thank you for opening up this conversation! - SP 4W3

🖐️ Enneagram 9, ENFJ, Signature Strength is Connectedness! Everything you said is spot on! The only time I felt disconnected was when you mentioned the brotherhood of Christianity. As a woman and a person who claims Christ, I wonder if there may be a better term for what you’re describing? It seems so natural to use the term brotherhood if you’re of a certain age (as we both are). It may be helpful to think, “How would it feel to be referred to as a sister?” It might feel weird. 🤔 Just another way to grow empathy and understanding!☮️🙏🏼

I didn’t realise you also make vids on Clifton! I have to catch up… Are you planning to upload some content on the Clifton strengths system itself rather than specific strengths? I’m curious how these can affect each other - eg. I have strong belief and individualisation and I often feel like these two create an inner conflict for me 🫣

Hey Dr. Lahue, I did the StrengthsFinder and 7/10 of my top strengths were relationship building - do you know whether it's typical (or even OK!) to be that skewed toward a domain? Feeling a bit ashamed that the execution domain in particular is so low for me....I guess that's the "because I'm not an eye, I don't belong to the body" lie Paul talks about.

Absolutely normal and valuable; every strength has its place.
