Kwanga is cassava stick, Pondu is cassava leaf cooked with palm oil and some vegetables, Makayabu is saltfish, ntaba is grilled / BBQ goat meat..

Ntaba reminds me of Ghanaian “Chichinga” or Nigerian Goat Suya. They’re all very similar.

I’m from Congo the food is the best...but it’s very hard to find in the uk unless u live north London or east

Have you ever heard of Gullah ppl, they were taken from kingdom of Ndongo (ANgola/Congo) before colonization and still speaking kimbundu and have food and culture from old Congo, but they are in Charleston, sc, USA
