1:08:34 PIL(Public Interest Litigation) this was made by the supreme court in the 1980s to ensure access to social justice to everyone in the society how this works is that the poor people who live on a daily wage think that going to court can have many paperwork and a lot of money would be needed that why a NGOs,organisation or an individual who can go to the court can go to the court on behalf of the person whose fundamental rights are being violated
