    1. set small daily goals 2. make friends that would be an example to you. 3. stop attaching yourself to everyone and everything. stop being desperate 4. don’t fear if you outgrow something or someone 5. confidence is silent. “you have to be humble, but aware of your worth.” 6. have and RESPECT your boundaries. 7. do not laugh at jokes at your own expense 8. whenever somebody makes a joke or anything towards you, ask them to explain it 9. at the end of the day, the selfish win. so fuck everything, you need to place yourself first. 10. know yourself. ask yourself questions in order to comprehend more of you. so that you’ll always have a reason for what u do, and can shut tf up arrogant people who ask. 11. treat yourself as you would treat someone you love 12. start right now. start with what you have

Remember that the Lord Jesus Christ died on a cross for you because He loves you so much. He then rose up from the dead three days later. The Ten Commandments are called the moral law, (most of us are lying, thieving, blasphemous and adulterer at heart) you and I broke the law Jesus paid the fine that’s what happened on that cross. By believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose up from the dead 3 days later and not just confessing your sin, but also repenting of all sin you have done and putting all your trust in Him in prayer, He will grant you everlasting life as a free gift.

This is what I do to myself, I don't take myself seriously and just to make other people laugh just to please them, I actually laugh at jokes on myself and I consider myself dumb infront of them and that's the reason why no one values my words and no one takes me seriously and Liz I wanna thank you... AND IM NO LONGER TO BE EXTREMELY LIMERENT(?) With the title I thought it was a funny video and that's why I clicked on it but when I got to know it was literally about confidence, I did not go for the back button cause I started to enjoy what you were saying. I'm already confident but some things like 'setting boundaries' and the stuff when people think you can do everything for them and put them first really hitted me hard. When you soo seriously said 'to put yourself first', 'to say NO to people when you feel it', it really putted a smile on my face. God must have thought I need to see this and that's why he must have made me click on it. One new and interesting thing I learnt from you is to praise yourself in front if the mirror. I liked that a lot, it's new to me. Whenever I think of it, a smile spreads to my lips😊 Now I'm going to try for myself and love myself and maybe it'll boost my confidence to a higher level than before. I know the comment doesn't matter to you, being good or bad, but I just wanted to write it (for myself). Thank You!

6 minutes in and she has spoken STRAIGHT facts. I’m 26 now and I knew this naturally at 16-18. If you tell yourself “for a month I will hit the gym straight no matter what” and you actually hold yourself accountable even when times are tough, you can’t help but feel proud of yourself. Unfortunately, from ages 22-25 I started behaving like a complete bitch because I wasn’t trusting myself due to me not following up with my promises. If we as human beings hit the gym, eat clean, and focus on making money consistently no matter what, we will all be extremely confident.

Liz's confidence is based 100% on her looks and for being 26 years old when she is 23 years old is not a healthy situation here. Let's see a liz that has confidence without fillers, botox, lip injections, skin routine and just a plain Betty. Liz worth is $0.5 million selling you lies and fairy tales! Confidence is manners to yourself, not pleasing others! when you turn 35 years old let's have a discussion about this individual and be honest. Liz is a fraud.

Lizzz I seriously just wanted to thank you for making me realize such a simple but important thing. Self respect. Like Ive been through some things these past few years in which allowed me to love myself more, gain confidence, think in a more positive way and raise my vibration. I've seen the changes in my life and I'm grateful for it. But this year, I realized that that was not the end of the journey, it'll never be. I felt that deep inside here was still a part of me that lacked confidence and eventually it led me to this downfall. But Then I found you. You're giving me the power to step back up in confidence, I'm still working everyday but I know that ill achieve it. In this video, you said that we should never let anyone joke about us from the start and you're right. I have a friend that when we first met started joking about me, and actually it was funny, I laughed too. But eventually I started realizing that its too much, it became like a daily routine to the point that it was a little irritating. Like how much did I not respect myself to let that friend say these jokes and make it become like a every second thing just because I didnt want to ruin the friendship. Like yes I shouldn't care about other peoples comments but you made me realize that I should step up for myself, even if its something that's not a big deal. if it goes over my boundaries then I should respect myself. Thank yiouuuu Lizzz, you truly helped my a lot with confidence. I wish the best for you!!

Thank you Liz you are a QUEEN ❤❤❤❤❤🥀

i didn't realize how much this vid changed me until i watched it again after months. 1. i started setting daily goals and i was so determined to accomplish them. now it's been 2 months of me exercising bcz of that and it's my first time being this consistent 2. i did not "ditch my friends" bcz they weren't even friends to me, they weren't the ones for me and they were exactly like you said, instead i made new (real) friends and met people with a goal and purpose in life. it really affected me positively! 3. i started intensely taking care of my skin (suitable products & healthy diet) , body (exercising & moving more) and hair (treatment) alongside with my mental health and 6 months ago me wouldn't have believed it. 4. im also working on confidence and healing together, i do the positive slef talk and it never failed me, i got closer with god, closer to my soul, i meditated, i prayed, i searched for ways and signs and i GOT them, im way more chill than i was like about a month ago, and i still crave for the best 5. "humble, but aware of your worth" OMG little did i understand what this actually meant first time i heard it from u liz! but it's ok bcz i get it now. i used to be jealous of so many people, thought that no one liked me so i kept trying to please them and pretended that im someone who isn't me and the result? fake friends and a lost self, im grateful i started to get connected with my real self before it went too far. 6. i started setting clear boundaries and i showed them to people, the respect they built for me ever since was 👌 7. i started trying to know the real me through every way i can reach, i ceased watching shows just for fun and started reading books and watching things that can get me closer to myself, and i can say that i built an unbreakable respect and bond with me. and im so happy with it. 9. the self praising might look dumb air cringe for some people but i think it's a cute way to accept/love how you look (tmi: is sometimes blush when i compliment myself) and it makes me smile more through the day so why not?🤨completely harmless & kinda helpful! phew, that was the longest comment i wrote in my life, but i just wanted to show u how i take your words to heart and it really got me somewhere i wished i'd be in. if you're going to read this or not, im always grateful for you & you'll always be in my "things im grateful for" list

Your viewpoints, although seemingly unfamiliar to those of mine, mirror how I feel as well. You have simultaneously opened my perspective to not only change my limiting beliefs but agree with your opinions entirely. You have reminded me to commend the respect for myself I deserve. 💟

@Naes Galaxy i agree. I disagree with the way she presents to be confident. There is a fine line of being arrogant and confident and in some cases such as the one with the guy not opening the door is wrong. As well as when she doesn't do anything that doesn't benefit you. If you dont sacrifice for others without getting benefited some times then fck it

8:21 I can relate to this so much. I used to be desperate for a parter, for a lover, for someone to take care of me. I know this is a normal human desire but this shouldn't be the center of anyone's life. Now I'm learning how to love myself first before I can spread this love to another human being and that's amazing. I'm happy to be coming out of this phase. This video is gold and I'm so glad I've found your channel!! New subscriber earned for sure.

Okay so you clicked on this video because you want to be confident. Do you want to walk into any meeting any room with all eyes on you, with people actually listening to you and not pretending like they're hearing what you're saying. Do you want to attract that partner that you desire because your confidence radiates and they cannot do anything but be near you. Do you want to walk into every single room and have all eyes on you? Even if you're just in your pajamas? Because that's the energy, you radiate. Well, honey, keep watching because I will show you in this video how to get confident and before you start to comment:"oh my god it's easy for you to say you're pretty.""It's easy for you to be confident." I was more beautiful when I was younger way more beautiful. I was extremely, like, when I would go out with my mom, people would stop us constantly and be like, you are gorgeous. And I was the most insecure creature on this earth.
