The funny part is that he actually stuttered a lot and that's really all he said XD but Conan's expression was hilarious. If anyone wants to know, the dude just said that the males don't have the suction cups on their legs and females do.

Was -and is- pretty much common in all developed Asian countries to wear masks when you are sick, don´t want to get sick or against pollen and pollution. It is a strange phenomenon called curtesy when you wear a mask when you are sick. The Western world had to learn the hard way.
