    I worked at a restaurant that Conan ate at a few times. He is so awesome. Each time went back and hung out with the cooks and dishwashers for like 20 minutes. Remembered their names and it’s something I’ve never seen from any other celebrity. Truly a class act Conan.

    That’s it exactly. IQ tests don’t measure what you know (usually - unless you’re taking an online IQ test in which case it can become that). They measure what you can figure out, how you figure it out, and how long it takes you to figure it out.

    Colbert and Stewart back in their heyday at Comedy Central were hilarious, especially Colbert. I think the latter kind of burned out somewhat due to how demanding playing the character was but my man he was so fucking funny during The Colbert Report.

    I'm actually Irish and live in Ireland. Our family paper trail goes back to 1797. My DNA says I'm 90.1% Irish, 5.2 Scandinavian(Norway Denmark Sweden) and 4.7 Finland. I put it down to Viking DNA.

About the 'rape and pillage' being said because all the women liked the Vikings better. Appareantely they 'washed' and had other 'feminine traits' that (at least the English) thought were unfair, because that wasn't "manly at all' and they also had long hair, so 'ofcourse the women felt they were pretty.' There are several different stories going around on how they visited England.

    I wonder if he may have had to (and he certainly has the chops for it). Steve was coughing pretty good near the end. Maybe he was holding it back for awhile and Conan -- noticing it -- took pity and picked up the slack. No one likes to be observed having a coughing fit.

    Conan , Colbert and Graham have own uniqueness when it comes to humor. But Conan is truly a genius comedian and his intentional awkwardness makes people comfortable around him and his jokes is relatable (as a Filipino most of western jokes I barely understand) wherever he go he can socialize and interact to everyone genuinely and makes them laugh.

    How is that joke brilliant? It is pretty over the top racist. Using the term "jungle fever" is completely unacceptable for any person to use in public and I'm not being PC.     My coworker just had a DNA test found out she's only 30% Irish in spite of her red hair and Irish family name. It named possible 3rd and fourth cousins she's never heard of. I told her if 2 of her 5th cousins have a child together the child would genetically be the equivalent of a 3rd or 4th cousin and she doesn't believe me.

    He's a brilliant host. He makes the job look so easy when it really isn't! The balance between witty banter and commentary and letting his guests voice their stories is wonderful. You get the feeling that he's really, actually interested and listening, not just passively hearing.

    @@pushpendrachoudhary2673 indians who have the last name gandhi but live in english speaking countries sometimes spell it as ghandhi in order to get native english speakers to pronounce it right (instead of pronouncing the 'a' like in bat).
