Even though I was bummed that Sona wasn't going to be on the podcast for a while, I'm happy David has been there, not for filling Sona's role but for holding his own with Conan and carving out his own place on the podcast

I would pay to see an episode where Conan, Gourley, and David get high, drunk, eat In and Out, and watch Magic Mike.

@@thisisit2082Love the little ... for emphasis, although I think it might look better and be a little easier if you just put those words in caps. I'm I'm not ignoring your question though, I was just saying I liked the attempt at strong emphasis in a medium that can be so hard to express emotion in. To answer your question, I just sort of felt like it, not trying to be, like, quippy, or mean, or anything like that. I'm not being sarcastic either, I really mean what I'm saying, although, like I said, it can be hard to tell the intention of a writer with such little information and only text to rely on.

The first thing i saw is that Conan and Davids ship name would be CoVid

What the podcast lacks are good knife fights.

When I go outside to do the groceries, I put on the podcast and it stops the second I arrive back. Keep it like it is !

Honestly? Conan is right. While you say that now, a section of people hit burn out on a 2 hour podcast, and while it won’t go down far, viewership is still likely to decline. He knows to leave it in a sweet spot, a solid hour of gold, easily accessible and more memorable.

Conan is right. 60 min. interview is more than enough. I think 30 min. is already a lot. The intros though could be longer, they're the funniest part.

But it really isn't long enough. I don't know if Conan realizes this, but with his comedy, no matter how long it is, people will always want more. You don't need to "leave people to want more". SO WHY DON'T JUST GIVE US MORE.

The guy is right, the show often doesn't feel like the long-form Joe Rogan-esque content that many listeners expect podcasts to be. I think the rhythm of network TV is ingrained deeply into Conan's being and the show ends up feeling like a series of comedy improv segments - which is fine. Serious Jibber-Jabber felt more like a podcast than CONAF. The product is great, but it's not this raw, unfiltered, stream of consciousness thing that absorbs listeners for hours at a time. Conan could do it that way and I wish he would occasionally, but I think it's too much to ask of him to change his approach so drastically. Plus the extra time commitment is a lot. I'm just happy to get some quality listening content.

Such a great podcast....But the commercials. More than any other podcast I've heard in my life. He was being kind about there being 5-10 mins of ads. It's probably closer to 15 minutes out of the hour being ads. You'd be in the middle of a great interview and it will without any transition it will go from "So Barack you ever think of using the nuclear football to decimate any country? You know with linked in you can reach more professionals in your field than any other networking app, I use it all the time to keep in touch with my work colleagues. Sona don't you love linked in for the modern business professional?". I love and miss you Conan.
