On behalf of many Arizonians, I'd like to thank you, with this video, for helping to stem the nearly out of control population growth here in the Phoenix Metro area. Anyone watching this video will easily conclude that Phoenix is completely unaffordable to all but the wealthiest top 5%. Should have used "mean", not "average". I just read that the mean price of all homes sold (existing and new) in Phoenix is around $420K.
