Composing for learning improvisers | Dumuzid the ancient Sumerian shepherd God

This month is all about getting people to feel safe to start improvising and creating an organised space where this can be done. Two weeks ago I talked about theatre games in a course, but another way is to create a piece that is mostly already there, and the improvisational aspect is mostly in the execution in the moment.
How does one go about this? Using the example of my composition Dumuzid's Tears, I show one way to approach this.
Hope you enjoy!
