I used to go there as a kid to get our cars washed, it was a very simple old car wash, as the years went by and it became rundown it made me sad seeing its condition. But when i started to see a remodel it brought back life into it, seeing the full walk through made it feel more real. Thank you for remodeling it, you made that little town a little less old looking👍

Put a dog wash in the fifth bay.

The painted brick and the stripe made the most improvement in modernizing the look. It looks great!

Man it looks great good job! I just purchased a 4 bay car wash in my home town. I’m looking to remodel it as it needs lots of improvements. What company would you recommend going with for my big equipment purchase. Or what company do you like doing business with? Any help would be appreciated.

It fluctuates with the weather most definitely. But snowy salty roads also drive customers in to wash

How much did you pay for it and how much into the Reno??

I’m curious what you feel are the negatives of owning a car wash? Impressive remodel as well!

Probably the biggest negative is people abusing your wash because its unattended.

@@therevestor I would have guessed that too. ANYTHING unattended is a magnet for abuse. I don't know any solutions other than an attendant. I don't even think cameras would deter most vandals.

@@kendallevans4079 Cameras help but sirens and lighting are also deterrents for vandalism and abuse of trash cans for example.

You need more signage in the bays what brush does what what wond does what, beef up the lock on utility room door with bar type lock if they brake in again you will be out of business!

Because I would think of the property abuse! This is why I stopped renting and luckily sold all the properties at the right time, I made a killing and I can sleep at night.
