Since watching your videos I have completely changed the way I work out in the gym. Thanks a million for these videos, they are truly appreciated.
I've recorded each exercise you do with my phone camera and then add it to my notes and divided them up by leg, shoulder, chest and tricep, bicep & back and watch them at the gym! I've been doing this for about 2 weeks and I am already seeing results!!! I used lack confidence at the gym & felt like people were judging me because I didn't know what I was doing, and now I look forward to my workouts everyday for the first time in my life! Thank you so much! I'll tag you in a before and after when I see more results :D
I've been working out on and off since 2014 but found it incredibly hard to stay consistent. Ever since I found your channel last summer, you have been my inspiration! Seriously girl, your motivation is contagious and I've literally learned so much from you. I always look forward to Fit Tips with Whit and very rarely skip a workout nowadays. Why is that watching her videos makes me wanna workout like it's not a chore but something enjoyable? The way she spices up the moves just excites me and makes me wanna try 'em out and the fact that all these complex moves can easily be modified as a home workout routine with resistance band has to be THE best thing! I live in Japan right now and gyms are expensive and their equipment is lacking, but your videos helped me discover so many different movements that I can do with the little that I have! (basically I can count on dumbells and MAYBE the one smith machine).
