Hahaha thank you Michael! This style is actually atomic which was born in the mid century era. Art Deco is early 1900’s specifically associated with the 20’s. But it’s super similar to my usual Art Deco style!

Unbelievable! You are so talented! Just wondering, when you're doing the gold work on the sides, do you wait for the gold to dry before removing the tape? And presumably it has to dry before you tape over what you've done, to do another part of the design? Does it therefore take forever? Thanks

Hi! Thank you so much! No it does not. The paint that I use dries within minutes so by the time I’m done removing the tape, and getting the next step of the pattern figured out, it’s usually done drying. It’s not cured in that time though so sometimes I do have to touch it up if it gets pulled up by the tape, but that’s not often

It holds all the liquor in the base. So yes, it was a conversion. The client wanted me to keep the record player

omg you are really breaking my heart by taking apart that beautiful radio and turn table why tube amplifiers and electronics like that are getting close to being lost forever and that’s really sad but I know that it’s your job and business revamping old furniture
