If you go to USPS/UPS/FedEx in person, they'll generate a label for you if you just write the address on the package. Otherwise you'll have to use a third party service to make your own label

RE: Declared value? How are you supposed to know the 'value' of the card you plan to send for authentication beforehand? Also, if the card is from 1979 or older are you restricted to sending selecting that first listed value category ... or can you send choosing another service level for faster service?

It's tougher with older cards, but you can lookup card value references through eBay's sold listings or 130point sales. As for the service level, you're not restricted to that one as it's just a way to split bulk/value categories. You can definitely pay a bit more for a faster service on cards older than 1979

What if you are wanting to submit cards that are all over the age spectrum. I have some pre 80s baseball, some early 80s baseball, and some 90s - current football. I only have like 5 of each so i don't want to submit separately, but do i have to? Which level of service would i choose?

They basically split it into 1980 & newer and 1979 & older as shown in 12:35 You could potentially submit them together under "Value Plus" but it'll cost more per card that way

Great video just one question, what if I want to send 1 regular card and 1 autograph card? Do I have an option to go back to the page with all the red PSA stickers?

You can always go back to that page, but if you need 1 auto graded and the other not, it will have to be two separate submissions

If I write the PSA address on the box as you would do a normal package, can I use that method to ship via USPS?

I was thinking this too, like what if I don't know the value at all? Do I just select the lowest value and see what they do? I recently inherited some first edition stamped Pokemon Cards and wanted them graded, but if I send them all in at a low value and they are PSA 10 (probably not, but one could hope) then they will adjust my price and make me pay for all of them at the higher price to get them back?

in the comments and requests under submission maybe you can say, any card that exceeds the value of submitted tier, please do not grade

They will upcharge you what they deem is its current value. So just keep their higher level pricing in mind if that’s the case
